How PACA Can Protect Your Produce Customers

PACA (Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act) is the federal law which applies to interstate and international trade in fresh and frozen produce. If you sell fresh or frozen fruits, vegetables, herbs or roots into the U.S. or between states in the U.S., then the PACA law almost certainly applies to your dealings with your receiver, consignee, broker or buyer.

On Wednesday, September 5 at the Produce Market in Los Angeles, we invite you as a guest to our upcoming Produce Dealers Industry Trade Group meeting to hear Don Blake from the U.S. Department of Agriculture discuss PACA. Mr. Blake will cover:

  • How PACA can protect your business from problems receiving payments from your customers
  • How PACA can help protect your business from payment disputes such as refusal to pay
  • …and much more!

At the end of the presentation, Mr. Blake will allow time to answer your questions about PACA.
You won’t want to miss this free informational seminar.
