We switched from D&B to Experian about two months ago. I was constantly complaining about D&B, expecially when I had to speak to their customer service dept or do an "inquiry". Today I take back all deragatory thoughts I ever had about D&B. One of my issues is with the trade payment history, as it is very sparse. Financials almost non existent. Customer service has been zero help when I call them regarding questions on a specific report and have referred me to the company itself for clarification. I believe the only reason we switched was based solely on cost and the industry we are in just is not a fit. Everytime I have to run a report I wish I was still able to use D&B
