Do you offer your clients online bill pay option and any feedback from them on using it? Any feedback you can offer also on pros and cons of using the payment service provider?

We've been using ACM's online bill pay. It has been quite nice. Especially when we have someone on hold. As soon as they make the payment, we get an e-mail and we can release the order.
A couple of cons:
Time before money hits the bank is 3 days.
Customer's making duplicate payments, or having a bit of difficulty using the first couple of times...The fees are reasonable, and much less than credit cards, especially for large payments.

As an alternative, we use Check By Fax, which allows us to deposit the check as soon as we have it in our hands, as an electronic item. It catches duplicate payments, since it references the original amount and check number, and is very efficient for avoiding the infamous "mail float". A few customers pay us by ACH, also.
