Joseph M. Hanna is a founding member of the firm of Lanak & Hanna, P.C. in Orange, California His practices is primarily in the areas of construction law, commercial law, business litigation and creditor claims in bankruptcy.  His experience includes representation of material suppliers, distributors, equipment rental companies, subcontractors, general contractors and sureties.

With over 30 years of legal experience Mr. Hanna is a frequent speaker and lecturer for trade groups and associations, including the Credit Managers Association (CMA), Lorman Educational Services, National Business Institute, Building Industry Credit Association, National Association of Credit Management, Asphalt Pavement Association and the California Continuing Education of the Bar.

He has been invited to speak at various subcontractor, material supplier and equipment rental trade groups.  He has authored several articles that have been published in newsletters and trade publications throughout the state.  Mr. Hanna is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association and the State Bar of California.
