CMA is pleased to introduce Steve Sanson, our new Collections Manager, to CMA Members.
Steve comes to CMA with a great history in debt collection. Beginning in 1998, Steve worked for the Fronteer Directory Company and headed their Credit, Collections, and Legal Department. In 2004, Steve started his own collection agency Aggressive Collection focusing on collecting debt for companies in the State of Nevada. He is a Certified Collection Manager for the State of Nevada and he was an Instructor on Collections Law and Small Claims Court for National Business Institute (NBI). Steve has also written several books, available on Amazon.com, on “How To Collect On Your Bad Debts in Clark County Nevada”– which take the reader through the small claims court process.
“Individuals and business owners suffered because there was no central reference point to guide them,’ explains Steve, “hiring an attorney often cost more than the debt was worth.”
To alleviate the problem and confusion, Steve wrote “How To Collect On Your Bad Debt Accounts In Clark County Nevada.”
It not only explains step-by-step what to do, but includes the sample legal forms necessary for nearly every kind of debt collection situation. The book also provides experienced advice and easy ways to avoid becoming a victim in the first place.
“I just condensed all of my years working through the legal process in successfully collecting debts for companies so that everyone can have the right tools to do it quickly and effectively.”
