The company has grown from a single room delicatessen / bakery into a full line
bakery. Galasso’s now produces a complete line of Hearth Baked breads, buns,
soft rolls, and variety breads. We also specialize in Par-baked breads and
rolls. Galasso’s has expanded into a 110,000 square foot "state of the art"
baking facility located in Mira Loma, California with distribution depots in San
Diego, Santa Fe Springs, San Fernando Valley and Bakersfield.
